Apeks Supercritical CO2 Extractor
 
The APEKS Supercritical CO2 Extractor brings users a mid-ranged production level method of CO2 botanical extraction for both subcritical and supercritical applications. This modular system has been modified for 20-liter capacity, and a second 5-liter vessel and can expand up to 40 liters. The CO2 extractor can process approximately 25 to 31 lbs. of dried ground cannabis/hemp in a full day.  The open-frame design of this closed-loop co2 extractor allows users to quickly assess valve positions so you can optimize flow paths and configurations. The Transformer CO2 Extractor has a flow rate of 2.1 kg/min subcritical and 1.0 kg/min supercritical. With no decompression valves and valveless expansion technology, you won’t see a product clog.
 
The Apeks Supercritical Transformer uses the Apeks Diaphragm compressor technology to ensure high-quality extractions through cold separation, preserving volatile oils, and improving efficiency. This pump yield results in 20-50% faster at half the power of competing extractors. This allows the separator vessels in the supercritical co2 extraction equipment to maintain lower temperatures and preventing the thermal degradation of terpenes in plant oils, keeping more in your extractions. While the closed-loop system of this cannabis oil extractor recovers 95% of the CO2 in a run. This engineered performance means a 44% electrical savings and operating cost than that of competing models.
